शनैः पन्थाः शनैः कन्था शनैः पर्वतमस्तके।
शनैर्विद्या शनैर्वित्तं पञ्चैतानि शनैः शनैः ॥
One makes progress but by steady steps on the path. The cloth is woven but steadily, slowly. When one climbs a mountain peak, steady steps are sure to reach the top.
Knowledge is gathered slowly, steadily. One's wealth is accumulated slowly over time.
The wise say, these five things are to be pursued slowly and steadily for success.
