ज्ञानबिन्दुः

बहिरेव अन्विष्य तृषित बहुनिष्फलः ।

पिब तवात्मनि भरितपीयूषकलशात्॥

हृदि पश्य प्रेममयगुरुरस्ति तावके।

हरति तव कार्पण्यमथ भावदीनताम् ॥

Free translation:

Oh, man! You look unsuccessfully to quench your thirst outside! Drink instead from the brimming pot of true Amrutha=bliss that quenches your worldly thirst forever, ready in your own bosom ! 

Similarly see the Guru, full of endless unconditional love seated in your heart. Realize that he will forever remove your misery and despair accumulated from your outer disappointments.
