उदायुधानापतत-स्तान्दृप्तान्प्रेक्ष्य राघवः ।
निदधे विजयाशंसां चापे सीतां च लक्ष्मणे ॥ १२.४४॥
Notes: Kālidāsa says, "seeing the army of Rākṣasas in Janasthāna rushing to attack them, Śrīrāma took up his bow and entrusted his victory to it as he entrusted Sītā to Lakṣmaṇa for protection."
