Make Sign Language the national language

I think all the controversy about why Hindi should not or should be the national language is quite irritating. I find the hatred of Hindi imposition which defines Tamilians as well as the misguided view that the vast majority of Indians will be comfortable with Hindi both equally unreasonable. I think any language that is made the national language of a vast, millennia-old, sick, poor and overpopulated nation with impossible infrastructure and unimaginable illiteracy and 600 spoken dialects, has to be a unique solution. Otherwise we are not going to make it happen.

I think the ONLY CHOICE is sign language. Yes, sign language.  See the chart. This solution has eminent merit:
1. Almost everybody is new to it so no one is at a disadvantage.
2. It is truly international.
3. Both Hindi haters and Tamil lovers will find it equally easy.
4. We can reduce cost of all devices which have the unnecessary speaker and microphone etc.
5. It will be a big boost to tourism, even in Goa.
6. Acche din aayenge in sign language takes only 1.63 seconds to say.
7. Waving our hands all the time will confuse mosquitoes.
8. There will be no shouting matches in parliament or on Times Now.
9. Arnab will lose his job.
10. We can do away with schools and colleges and huge text books and such and learn everything simply. The syllabus will be sign language, yoga and meditation.
